SHY長(zhǎng)軸液下泵安裝及調(diào)試

安裝：
泵組裝好后，盤動(dòng)聯(lián)軸器，看是否轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活，檢查有無(wú)金屬摩擦聲
檢查泵軸和電機(jī)軸的同心度，兩聯(lián)軸器外面上的差數(shù)不得超過(guò)0.3mm
軸襯需能浸在液體中，否則應(yīng)自出口管路中引出（或從外部接入）適量液體，潤(rùn)滑軸襯，防止干磨損壞。
在化工流程系統(tǒng)中，若有雜物落入容器時(shí)，為防止雜物損壞泵體，可在吸入管外，裝上所需形式的攔污網(wǎng)。
泵的吸入口到容器底部之距離為吸入口徑的1.5~2倍，四周不應(yīng)少于2.5倍，小口徑取大值，大口徑取小值。
泵之出液管路應(yīng)加設(shè)支架支撐，其重量不允許加在泵出口法蘭上。
安裝完畢后，還需檢查各螺帽是否旋緊，并應(yīng)盤動(dòng)聯(lián)軸器，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活后方可將泵和電機(jī)組裝在容器上，裝好后再檢查一次。
After installing the pump, check whather the coupling runs flexibly and check whether there are some metal friction sounds.
Check the concentricity of the pimp shaft and motor shaft, The difference on the outer round of the two couplings can't exceed 0.3mm
The bearing bush should soak into the liquid, Otherwise you should lead to appropiate liquid from the self-outlet pipeline (or joint form the outside),lubricate bearing bush and prevent the dry mill damaging.
In chemical process system, if there are some odds to drop into the container, in order to prevent the odds from damaging the pump body, you can install a proper conservancy trash-rack at the suck pipe place.
The distance from the pump suck entrance to the bottom of the container is 1.5~2times of the suck bore. Four rounds can't be less 2.5times. The small bore gets the large value and large bore get the small value
The liquid-out pipeline of the pump should separately set up the support frame and its weight can't be allowed to add the pump oytlet flange.
After finishing installation. Check whether the nuts of all the parts are tightened and then install the pump and motor on the container after the coupling runs flexibly. After installtiong, check it again.

起動(dòng)與停車
檢查軸承腔，使之保持有定量干凈的黃油。通常以充滿空腔容積的1/2~1/3為宜。避免運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)軸承溫升過(guò)高。
盤動(dòng)聯(lián)軸器、檢查有否輕重不均勻。否則需找出原因，待消除后再運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
若采用外部沖洗潤(rùn)滑軸襯，在起動(dòng)電機(jī)前需將外部液體通入軸襯中。
檢查電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)向，使之與泵的規(guī)定旋轉(zhuǎn)方向相同
關(guān)閉出口管路中的閘閥及壓力表。
起動(dòng)電機(jī)后打開壓力表，慢慢的打開出口管路閘閥到所需位置，投入正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
正常停車，應(yīng)先慢慢關(guān)閉出口閘閥，然后停止電動(dòng)機(jī)，關(guān)閉壓力表。
長(zhǎng)期停車或長(zhǎng)期不用，應(yīng)將泵從容器中取出，清晰、重裝、加油保管。
check the bearing cavity and let it keep a ration clean butter. Usually it's appropriate to fill with the empty cavity capacity 1/2~1/3, avoid the bearing temperature rising while runing.
Check whether the coupling is even on weight, otherwise you should find out the reason and get rid of it and then run it.
If adopting the exterior washing lubricating bearing bush, before starting the motor, lead the exterior liquid to wash the bearing bush
Check the motor running direction and let it same as the ruled rotary direction of pump.
Close the gate valve and pressure meter on the outlet pipeline.
First start the motor and then open the pressure meter, slowly open the gate valve on the outlet pipeline to the desired position and then put into the normal running.

運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)
軸承溫度不得高于80℃，軸承盒內(nèi)應(yīng)有適量的黃油。
隨時(shí)注意保證黃油的潔凈
泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)程中發(fā)生下列故障，應(yīng)立即停車，并進(jìn)行檢修。

The bearing temperature can't be high 80℃ and there should be appropriate butter in bearing box.
Keep and guarantee the butter pure and clean at any time .
