•轉子與轉子，轉子與泵體之間保持一定間隙、無摩擦系數(shù)，使用壽命長；Gap is kept between the rotors and between the rotors and the pump body,no friction, long life.
•裝拆簡單，維護、清洗方便，易損件少；Simple assembling and disassembling, easy to maintenance and clean, strong resistance to wering.

•采用特種材料后，可以輸送污泥、污水等含有固體顆粒的介質(zhì)；Special materials are used to pump materials with solid granules, like sludge and sewage.
•可輸送介質(zhì)粘度≤2000000cp，以及含固體量為60%的漿料；Capable to pump the viscous material below 2 million cp and pulp with the solid volume of 60%.
•配置變頻器后，可以隨意調(diào)節(jié)流量，并可作一般計量泵使用；Epuipped with frequency converter, flux can be adjusted at will and can be used as ganeral measurement pump.
•根據(jù)用戶要求，可選配法蘭式、螺口式、卡箍式；Flange, screw, or clamp connection can be used, as required by the customer.
•可輸送氣、液、固相混合物料；Capale of pumping mixtures of gas, fluid, and solid materials.
•保溫冷卻泵采用內(nèi)置式結構，導熱性好；Heating & cooling pump is of built-in structure, with well heat conductivity.
•移動式泵可以吸取各種桶裝物料，吸入真空度達0.08MPa；Movable pumps can be used to pump canned medium, with intake vacuum of 0.08MPa.
•根據(jù)用戶要求可在泵頭配置衛(wèi)生級安全閥。Hygienic safety valves can be set at the pump head if customer required.

凸輪轉子泵是帕特公司經(jīng)過多年研究開發(fā)制作的旋轉式容積泵，產(chǎn)品的專業(yè)制作技術和加工精度達到國際先進水平。
凸輪轉子泵的制造標準分為：食品級、化工級、普通型、油田型、特種型五大系列，產(chǎn)品的核心部件和密封裝置，根據(jù)
介質(zhì)的不同特性，采用不同的材料和不同的密封形式，以滿足各種物料和生產(chǎn)的工藝流程需要。帕特公司的轉子設計品種有
12種，每種轉子可在同一臺泵上互換使用。
The PTMP twin-rotor lobe pump is a rotary positive displacement pump developed after decades of research and design.
The manufacturing engineering and accuracy has come up to advanced world level.
The twin-rotor lobe pump are produced according to the following manufacturer's standards: Foodstuffs, Chemicals,
Regular,oil-fields and special-type. The core parts and sealing device of the products are made of different materials and
sealing methods according to different properties of material and technological processes.There are 12 varieties of PTMP
rotors, which can be set interchangeably in the same pump.
傳送的選擇 Drive selection
•電機+定數(shù)比減速器：這種傳動的方式簡單，轉子的轉速恒定，也就是決定了流量的不可調(diào)性。
•電機+機械摩擦式無級變速器：這種變速器的變速靠手動調(diào)節(jié)來實現(xiàn)，其特點是安全可靠的，扭矩大，流量無級可調(diào)。缺點
是非自動調(diào)節(jié)，較麻煩，調(diào)速在運轉工程中進行，不得在停機狀態(tài)下調(diào)速，其使用維護參照制造商的使用說明書。
•變頻電機+變頻器：這種方式可實現(xiàn)轉速的自動調(diào)節(jié)，亦即實現(xiàn)了流量的無級調(diào)整。其優(yōu)點是自動化程度高，低速扭矩較
大。缺點是變頻器的價格較高。其使用維護參照制造商說明書。
•Motor & fixed rate speed reducer: this drive is simple and easy, the turning speed of the rotors are fixed and the flow can
not be adjusted.
•Motor & mechanical friction stepless transmission: the speed changeristics are realized manually in this type with the
characteristics of safe, reliable, big torque, the flow can be adjusted steplessly.
•Frequency conversion motor and frequency converter: automatic adjustment of speed is available for flow stepless
adjustment. Its advantages include highly automatic, big torque ad low speed. The shortcoming is high price for frequency
converter. Consumer's manual should be referred to operating and maintain.
__轉子簡介 Rotor introduce
一葉片轉子：適合于輸送含有大顆粒物料的介質(zhì)，對大顆粒物料的破碎率較
低，但其脈動大，壓力低，容積量小，很少使用。
Single impeller: used to transfer medium with a little large grains because
this impeller is not easy to damage grains. The shortage is high impulse,
low pressure, small capacity, so seldom using.
二葉轉子：適合于輸送含有中小顆粒物料的介質(zhì)，對于小顆粒物料的破碎率
相對較低，略有脈動，容積量小于三葉轉子。
Double impeller: used to transfer medium with middle or small grains, with
low damage rate and low impulse, the capacity is smaller than tri-impeller
三葉轉子：通用的轉子類型，容積量大于其他類型轉子，各種性能指標優(yōu)于
一葉，兩葉轉子，但其在輸送物料的過程中對顆粒物料有一定的破碎率。
Tri-impeller: this is commonly type, the capacity and performance is better
than other rotors, The shortage is high requirement to medium because its
easy to damage grain medium.
四~十二葉轉子：當轉子葉片超過三葉后，其容積量因轉子葉片的增加而減
少，轉子葉片越多，溶劑量則越少，多葉轉子在輸送物料時穩(wěn)定性相對有所
提高，但在輸送過程中容易破碎顆粒物料。
